ETHICS STATEMENT
THE AUTHOR’S RESPONSIBILITY
Before submitting an article for publication,
the author will become acquainted with the specifics, purpose and
objectives of the journal, as well as with the editorial rules, according
to the information provided on the journal's website. To be recognised as
an author, the contributor must demonstrate the originality, uniqueness or
innovative quality of the work intended for publication The author must
mention the intervention and contribution of other collaborators in the
writing of the material and appropriately cite passages taken from
published materials or statements belonging to other persons/researchers.
The author must also specify whether the research was funded by
institutions, organizations etc. The author must respond to requests from
the editorial team regarding revisions, deadlines or any other additional
recommendations. If several authors sign an article, one of them will
become the contact person throughout the evaluation and verification
process for publication; this person will have to inform and involve the
other authors in the process of revising the text, at the same time
signalling to the editors any error that may occur in the publication
process.
THE REVIEWER’S RESPONSIBILITY
The role of the reviewer is to assist the editorial team in the process of
evaluating the articles and in making decisions regarding the originality,
uniqueness and quality of the results proposed by the author for
publication. The reviewer is invited to objectively analyse the text and
provide the author with civilized, respectful and constructive feedback,
regardless of whether the material is accepted or rejected so that the
author can correct his/her deficiencies, gain experience and improve
his/her research, analysis and interpretation. The reviewer will respond
to the invitation to examine the article within the deadline set by the
editorial team, and the review and revision proposals will meet the
deadline after obtaining a favourable response. In the event of a conflict
of interest, if the text is beyond the reviewer’s expertise or if the
reviewer is unable to evaluate it within the time limits, the reviewer may
decline the invitation. According to the rules listed on the journal’s
website, the review process involves double-checking, with a manuscript
being sent to at least two reviewers. The identity of the reviewer will
remain anonymous, and the information and ideas obtained from the review
of the manuscripts will not be used for the personal benefit of the
reviewer.
THE EDITOR'S RESPONSIBILITY
The main responsibilities of the editor include the journal’s general
direction and editorial content. Hence, the editor should ensure the
journal’s neutral and objective nature and evaluate the content of
articles submitted for publication regardless of the authorship’s race,
religion, ethnicity, age, sex, sexual orientation or political
affiliation. The editor is free to organize thematically each issue of the
journal and to assign to the reviewers the texts to be evaluated taking
into account the reviewers’ academic recognition and expertise in the
field. The editor will follow the general guidelines regarding the editing
rules and submission deadlines (listed on the journal's website).
Manuscripts and their authors will be treated as confidential and will not
be transmitted without the editor’s consent to anyone except the editorial
team, reviewers or potential reviewers. Unpublished materials and the
information they contain will not be used by the editor for his/her
purpose without the express consent of the author. The publication
decision will observe the reviewers’ points of view and observations, the
policy of the editorial board and the legislation, taking into account the
legal obligations regarding defamation, copyright and plagiarism.
RIGHTS OF AUTHORS
The editorial staff encourages the authors:
- to post the final version of the article on their personal webpage or on that of the institution to which they officially belong;
- to share the article on their social media;
- to post on the pages they manage the link to the PDF version of the article hosted on CC's website.
The authors are entitled to fully or partially republish the article in any other publication, with mandatory reference to CC.
The authors may use without any restrictions the article in their teaching and research activities.

Рукописи для публікації у журналі приймаються в електронному варіанті.
Редакція не стягує зборів за подання матеріалів або їх обробку.
Матеріали не повинні перевищувати 16 стор. формату А-4, шрифтом Times
New Roman, 14 кеглем, через 1,5 інтервали; верхнє і нижнє поля – 2 см.,
ліве – 3 см., праве – 1,5 (20.000 – 30.000 друк. знаків без резюме та
ключових слів). Формат файлів – doc або rtf. Рукописи приймаються
українською, англійською та французькою мовами.
1. У першому рядку
ліворуч вказують індекс УДК (жирний прямий) – тільки для українських
авторів.
2. У наступних рядках вказують українською та англійською
мовами: Прізвище, ім’я, науковий ступінь, учене звання, посада, місце
роботи автора (без скорочень); якщо авторів декілька, відомості про
кожного подаються окремими рядками; всі автори повинні вказати свої
міжнародні ідентифікатори ORCID ID (http://orcid.org) та RESEARCHER ID
(http://www.researcherid.com). Назва статті подається українською та
англійською мовами.
3. Анотація та резюме: анотація українською мовою –
об’єм 600-800 знаків з пробілами; ключові слова – 5-10. Резюме
англійською мовою – 100-250 слів / 1 сторінка (назва статті, прізвища та
ініціали авторів, текст резюме, ключові слова). Французькою мовою
подається назва статті, прізвища та ініціали авторів.
4. Текст статті
повинен мати наступні елементи:
4.1 постановка проблеми у загальному
вигляді та її зв’язок із важливими науковими чи практичними завданнями;
4.2 аналіз останніх досліджень і публікацій, на які спирається автор;
виділення невирішених раніше частин загальної проблеми, яким
присвячується стаття;
4.3 формулювання мети статті;
4.4 виклад основного
матеріалу дослідження;
4.5 висновки та перспективи подальших досліджень.
4.6 список літератури (11 кегль).
4.7 карти, схеми, таблиці, фотографії.
Рисунки та графіки у статтю вставляють в одному з форматів (jpeg, bmp,
tif) з роздільною здатністю не менше ніж 300 dpi (подавати якісні
оригінали).
Таблиці подають як окремі об'єкти у форматі Word. Основний
кегль таблиці 11, заголовок 12. 5. Посилання в тексті подаються внизу
сторінки (посторінково), нумеруються поступово, відповідно до порядку їх
цитування в тексті. Не потрібно починати нову нумерацію внизу кожної
сторінки. Перелік посилань оформляється згідно з вимогами ДСТУ 8302:2015
«Інформація та документація. Бібліографічне посилання. Загальні
положення та правила складання»

бібліографічних посилань, розроблений Асоціацією сучасних мов Америки

подаються тільки латиницею. Прізвища авторів і назви літературних
джерел-посилань подаються транслітерацією кирилиці
(http://ukrlit.org/transliteratsiia), назви джерел-посилань також
подаються англійською мовою в квадратних дужках (якщо джерело посилання
має офіційну англійську назву – подається ця назва). Приклади: 1. статті

Рукописи приймає відповідальний секретар, перевіряє
їх на відповідність основним вимогам написання та оформлення статті і
передає їх заступнику головного редактора. Заступник головного
редактора оцінює науковий рівень статей (здійснює добір матеріалів до
но-мерів журналу), направляє їх без прізвищ і даних про авторів на
рецензування двом фахівцям відповідної галузі науки з різ-них міст /
країн. Щонайменше один з рецензентів є членом редколегії журналу. Вони
не знатимуть один про одного, тому матеріали відправляються електронною
поштою. Їхні рецензії залишаються анонімними для авторів статей. Якщо
рішення 2 рецензентів є протилежними, тоді стаття надсилається третьому
рецензенту. Головний редактор приймає рішення про друк статті на основі
оцінки заступника головного редактора та рекомендацій редакційної
колегії, які ґрунтуватимуться на рішеннях 2 (3) рецензентів. Його
обґрунтоване рішення про те, чи рукопис прийнятий до друку, повинен
бути переглянутий, або відхилений передається авторам електронною
поштою. Рішення приймається як правило протягом 5-7 тижнів з моменту
отримання рукопису (за умов незначних правок – рукопис повертається
автору протягом 4 тижнів; значних правок – протягом 3 місяців).
Редакційна колегія приймає рішення про назву статті після консультації
з автором. Головний редактор несе відповідальність за якість і відбір
рукописів для журналу. Автори несуть відповідальність за зміст своїх
статей. До журналу «Актуальні питання суспільних наук та історії
медицини» не будуть прийматись матеріали, які були опубліковані раніше
або прийняті для публікації в інших виданнях.

| REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ARTICLES |
PEER REVIEWING PROCESS |
The manuscripts for publishing in the journal should be given in
electronic version. The editorial staff does not charge any submission
or processing fee. The materials for the publication must not exceed 16
A-4 size pages in 14 points Times New Roman, 1,5 space; top and bottom
margins – 2cm, left – 3cm, right – 1,5 (20.000 – 30.000 characters apart
from resume and keywords). Files format – doc or rtf. We are waiting for
the manuscript in Ukrainian, English and French.
1. In the first line
the index UCD (bold, straight) is put to the left – only for Ukrainian
authors.
2. In the next lines indicate in the Ukrainian and English: the
author’s last name, first name, scientific degree, academic status,
position, workplace (no abbreviations); if there are several authors of
the paper, information about them should be given in different
paragraphs; all authors should submit their international ORCID ID
(http://orcid.org) or Researcher ID (http://www.researcherid.com). The
title is indicated in Ukrainian and English.
3. Abstract and resume:
Abstract in Ukrainian – 600-800 symbols including quadrates; 5-10 of key
words. Resume in English – 100-250 words / up to 1 pa-ge (the title of
the article, surname and initials of its author, summary text). The
title and the author’s last name, first name (in nominative case in bold
straight) are indicating in French.
4. Summary text should have the
fol-lowing elements:
4.1 general statement of the problem and its
connection with important scientific or practical aims;
4.2 analysis of
the latest researches and publications, singling out of previously
unsolved parts of the general problem, which are the focal point of the
article;
4.3 statement of the aim of the article;
4.4 laying out of the
main research ma-terial;
4.5 conclusions of the research and
perspectives of further studies in this area;

4.7 maps, schemes, tables, photographs. Pictures and graphics in
the article should be of one of the following formats (jpeg, bmp, tif)
raster at no less than 300 dpi (high quality original materials should
be submitted). Tables are to be submitted as separate objects in Word

Manuscripts are assigned to Execu-tive Secretary
who is evaluating their different formal and scientific qualities and
submits them to Executive Editor. Executive Editor will evaluate the
artic-les and decide whether to reject or ac-cept the submission sends
the received papers, without the name and affilia-tion of authors, to 2
experts in the field, normally by E-mail. All the reviewers of a paper
remain anonymous to the authors and act independently. They have
different affiliation, usually loca-ted in different towns/countries,
and they are not aware of each other's iden-tities. If the decisions of
the 2 reviewers are not the same the paper is send to a third reviewer.
The reviewers' evalua-tions and Executive Editor's comments enable the
Editor-in-Chief to make a decision. This decision, along with the
comments, is transmitted to the authors via E-mail. A decision is made
usually within five-six weeks of the receipt of the manuscript. The
Editor-in-Chief will advise authors whether a manu-script is accepted,
should be revised, or is rejected. Minor revisions should be returned
within four weeks of decision; major revisions within three months. The
Editor-in-Chief is responsible for the quality and selection of
manu-scripts chosen to be published, and the authors are always
responsible for the content of each article. Journal «Current issues of
social sciences and history of medicine» won’t take into consideration
the article, be-ing already published or submitted to other editorials.

Цуркан Марія. Засоби стилізації розмовності у прозі письменників Буковини поч.
ХХІ ст.
Мета дослідження. У статті описано загальнонаціональні
й етномарковані засоби стилізації розмовності та їхні контекстуальні
мовно-естетичні функції в мові прози сучасних українських письменників
Буковини. Специфікою теми зумовлений комплексний підхід до застосування методів дослідження, серед яких: описовий; зіставлення – для аналізу, синтезу й узагальнення наукових
теорій, а також методики лінгвістичного спостереження, класифікації
та систематизації – для поділу мовних явищ на окремі групи на основі
диференційних ознак. Методи
лінгвостилістичного, семантико-стилістичного
аналізів дали змогу встановити семантичне наповнення текстових уживань
мовних засобів стилізації розмовності. За допомогою методу
функціонально-стилістичного аналізу мови прози описано стильову
норму текстів одного періоду в історії літературно-мовного процессу. Наукова новизна. Уперше
системно представлено основні лексико-фраземні засоби стилізації розмовності
в мові прози сучасних письменників Буковини, з’ясовано специфіку їхнього
мовно-естетичного навантаження і висловлено гіпотезу про новітні
екстралінгвальні чинники актуалізації локальних елементів у мові прози; а
також типологізовано визначальні для усного побутового спілкування
комунікеми. Висновки. Доведено, що
функціонально-стилістична
категорія розмовності – одна з визначальних у концепції розвитку літературної мови загалом і мови художньої прози зокрема. Саме вона акумулює
моделі, способи, прийоми використання засобів стилізації розмовності та вектори
їхньої модифікації.

Средства стилизации разговорности в прозе писателей Буковины нач. XXI в.
Цель
исследования.
В статье описано общенациональные и етномаркированные средства стилизации
разговорности и их контекстуальные культурно-эстетические функции в языке
прозы современных украинских писателей Буковины. Спецификой темы обусловлен
комплексный подход к применению методов
исследования, среди которых: описательный; сопоставления – для анализа,
синтеза и обобщения научных теорий, а также методики лингвистического
наблюдения, классификации и систематизации – для разделения языковых явлений
на отдельные группы на основе дифференциальных признаков. Методы
лингвостилистичного, семантико-стилистического анализа позволили установить
семантическое наполнение текстовых употреблений языковых средств стилизации
разговорности. С помощью метода функционально-стилистического анализа языка
прозы описано стилевую норму текстов одного периода в истории
литературно-языкового процесса. Научная
новизна. Впервые системно представлены основные лексико-фраземних
средства стилизации разговорности в языке прозы современных писателей
Буковины, выяснена специфика их культурно-эстетической нагрузки и высказана
гипотеза о новейших экстралингвистических факторах актуализации локальных
элементов в языке прозы; а также типологизированные определяющие устного
бытового общения комуникемы. Выводы.
Доказано, что функционально-стилистическая категория разговорности – одна из
определяющих в концепции развития литературного языка вообще и языка
художественной прозы в частности. Именно она аккумулирует модели, способы,
приемы использования средств стилизации разговорности и векторы их
модификации.

Tsurkan Maria. Means of Stylization of Colloquality in the Bukovinian
Writers’ Prose of the Beginning of 21st Century.
Aim of investigation. The article describes national and ethnically marked means of
stylization of colloquial language and their contextual aesthetic linguistic
functions in the language of prose of the contemporary Ukrainian writers of
Bukovina. The specifics of the theme predisposed application of comprehensive
approach to the research methodologies,
among which there should be mentioned such as: descriptive; comparative – for analysis, synthesis and generalization
of scientific theories, also methods of linguistic
observation, classification and
systematization – for the division of speech phenomena into separate
groups on the basis of differential attributes. Methods of linguistic and
semantic-stylistic analysis made it possible to establish the semantic
content of textual use of linguistic means for stylization of colloquality.
The method of functional-stylistic
analysis of the language of prose describes the style of the texts of the
same period of the history of literary-linguistic process. Scientific novelty. For the first
time there have been presented the basic lexical-phrasemic means for
stylization of colloquality in the language of prose of modern Ukrainian writers
of Bukovina, there has been defined the specifics of their aesthetic linguistic
functions resulting in suggestion of hypothesis about the newest extra linguistic
factors of actualization of local elements in the language of prose; there
also has been worked out a typology of determinants for communikemes of
everyday communication. Conclusions.
It has been proved that the functional-stylistic category of colloquality is among
the defining ones in the concept of the literary language development in
general and of the language of belles-lettres in particular. It is functional-stylistic
category of colloquality that accumulates models, tools and techniques for application
of means of stylization as well as vectors of its modification.
